Your land has a story worth protecting. If you’re considering selling, let’s talk about how conservation can be part of its next chapter.

We know you love your land. Every day, we work with Saskatchewan farmers and ranchers who have a connection to acres they’ve been stewarding for decades. We’re proud to be the trusted partner for conservation-minded producers choosing to sell land and wanting to see its natural values protected for the future.

DUC-owned properties are open to the public for hunting and other outdoor recreation. We manage upland areas through grazing and haying agreements with local livestock producers, in a one-in-two or one-in-three year rotation.

Looking to buy land?

From time to time, Ducks Unlimited Canada “revolves” land parcels that have lower habitat value but high livestock forage value! Since a conservation easement is a condition of purchase, these lands often sell for slightly below fair market value and can be a cost-effective option to expand your holdings. There are no restrictions on haying or grazing under a DUC conservation easement.

You’ve cared for your land — now let’s ensure its future. If you’re thinking about selling, we’d love to help keep it wild, working, and whole.
