Looking to buy land?
Ducks Unlimited Canada’s Revolving Lands Program (RLP) can be a cost-effective option to expand your land holdings. RLP lands have been restored to tame grassland (wetlands are restored, too); since a conservation easement is a condition of purchase, these lands sell for slightly below fair market value. There are no restrictions on haying or grazing.
RLP properties for sale as of March 2025:
The following lands are currently for sale by tender:
RM of The Gap #39
SW10-6-19-W2 Ext. 1 (Parcel West of grid road) (142.4 Acres)
NW3-6-19-W2 Ext. 1 (Parcel West of grid road) (135.9 Acres)
These lands are being sold with free and clear titles. Successful bidders may have the option to pursue DUC Conservation Programs if they choose to do so.
Written tenders must be received by 12:00 noon on Friday, March 28, 2025.
If you are interested in placing a bid on this parcel of land, please contact Tanner Garbutt at (306) 450-5130 or contact us using the form below.
Highest or any bid may or may not be accepted.
You can find additional RLP parcels at Hammond Realty.
Have land you’re looking to sell?
Ducks Unlimited Canada purchases eligible land both for our RLP and for long-term hold, ensuring the ongoing conservation of the land’s natural values. Our purchased properties are open to the public for hunting and other outdoor recreation. They are also made available to area producers for grazing or haying in a one in three year rotation, through our hay tender process.
