Looking to buy land?

DUC’s Revolving Lands Program (RLP) can be a cost-effective option to expand your land holdings. RLP lands have been restored to tame grassland (wetlands are restored, too); since a conservation easement is a condition of purchase, these lands sell for slightly below fair market value. There are no restrictions on haying or grazing.

Visit Dave Molberg’s listings at Hammond Realty to view available RLP parcels.

Have land you’re looking to sell?

DUC purchases eligible land both for our RLP and for long-term hold, ensuring the ongoing conservation of the land’s natural values. Our purchased properties are open to the public for hunting and other outdoor recreation. They are also made available to area producers for grazing or haying in a one in three year rotation, through our hay tender process.
