DUC selling over 1,500 acres of Manitoba farmland

Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) is selling over 1,500 acres of land in southwest Manitoba, in the Rural Municipalities of Oakview, Two Borders and Brenda-Waskada.

RM of Oakview
W ½ 3-15-22 WPM
E ½ 9-15-22 WPM
A total of 637.5 acres. Includes 443 acres in tame hay/pasture, with remainder in natural grass/bush/wetland. Approximately 351 acres of tame hay were seeded in the spring of 2025. High tensile perimeter fence recently installed on W ½ 3-15-22.

320 acres including 198 acres in tame hay/pasture, with remainder in natural grass/bush/wetland. Approximately 159 acres of tame hay were seeded in spring 2025. High tensile perimeter fence was recently installed as well.

RM of Two Borders
SW 36-05-29 WPM
Tender is nearly 160 acres with about 85 acres in tame hay with another 50 acres of native/natural grass. The remaining 25 acres are small wetland basins scattered throughout the property. Tame forage stand was established in 2025. One existing dugout is present within the native pasture area.
